How to Raise a Complaint

A tree provider checking a large backyard tree in San Clemente

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Flearlylearning Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Flearlylearning Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Flearlylearning Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@flearlylearning.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
